Yes, if there are still places available in the desired period, you can also enrol your child in the current school year. Please use this form to do so.
You can register your child without obligation at our school using the online registration form. Registration is possible for all years at any time in the current school year, provided there are still places available in the desired period. We will inform you about the next step in the application process after we have reviewed the information.
- Letter of motivation / picture produced by the child describing their motivation for admission to an art-intensive school
- Reports from the last two school semesters or, for school starters, their language learning diary
- If available, a school/kindergarten social behaviour assessment for the child
- If available, a passport photograph of the child
Basically, yes. Since 1 March 2020, the Measles Protection Act has been in force throughout Germany. According to this law, every educational institution must ensure that the children and young people cared for here have received the measles vaccination. We are required to request appropriate proof from the parents before starting school. You can find more information on this on the official page of the Measles Vaccination Protection Act (German).

The school fees can be paid in monthly instalments. An admission fee is due upon conclusion of the contract.
The fees are flat-rate amounts and already take into account holiday periods and absences due to illness.
Household income is not requested prior to the conclusion of a school contract and is not relevant for admission.

For a proven gross annual household income of up to € 29,429, the tuition fee is reduced to € 100 per month. In this case, the enrolment fee is waived.
In addition, the school provider allocates 10% of the total tuition revenue for full or partial fee remission for pupils in financial need.
An application for exemption from or reduction of school fees may be submitted to the school provider at any time. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis upon proof of financial need. The application may be submitted at any time and will take effect from the first day of the month following submission. Fee exemption or reduction applies only for one school year or, if applied for after the start of the school year, until the end of that school year. A new application must be submitted for each school year. Only complete applications can be processed.
Loyalty discount: 25% per child if the child has attended a Klax institution for at least one year and subsequently enrols directly at Klax International School.
Sibling discount (after deduction of any loyalty discount already granted):
- 1st Sibling: 25%
- 2nd Sibling: 50%
- 3rd Sibling: 75%
