On Saturday, 6 May 2023, we welcomed visitors to our Open Day with a varied programme and were able to show what makes the Klax School so special. In the classrooms, visitors were given insights into the teaching concept of all school levels and were able to find out about the artistic and digital focuses of our school. With the support of the entire school community, tours of all rooms were offered, including the podcast room, art studios and makerspace. Visitors were encouraged to participate interactively in numerous hands-on activities such as programming and coding, in the green screen or in maker activities. The creative-musical supporting programme of the clubs rounded off the event: The students delighted the audience with hip-hop and creative dance, drumming and performances by the school band. With a varied and delicious menu, the wholefood caterer Löwenzahn took care of the physical well-being and showed what a high value healthy food has at the Klax School.
