At the Klax School we combine our lessons with technology and media. On 4 May, we discussed digital learning techniques with teachers from Berlin schools, professors from the HU Berlin and the project leader of the "Excellent Digital School" Simone Fölsch (Senate Department for Education, Youth and Family).
During their visit, our guests got to know the Makerspace, the media room and the podcast room. Afterwards, the Klax concept was presented and it was explained how we work with digital teaching tools. At the workshop on "Design Thinking", the team brainstormed together and talked about agile working methods. In addition, our school presented which digital technologies are suitable for teaching.
"We are very happy about the motivating meeting on linking teaching with technology. All participants were interested in sustainable exchange between universities, schools and our school," says André Timm, head of the school's Makerspace.
