Into the nature - to Wandlitz by bike
With beautiful autumn weather, the students and teachers of our 7th grade started their first class trip in the new class community on September 22nd. They went the 30 km to Wandlitz by bike. Everyone arrived there proudly around noon and explored the wide grounds of the youth hostel.
On the second day, the group went on a hike around lake Liepnitz. A special highlight was the ferry crossing to the island "Großer Werder". Everyone was enthusiastic about the excursion, even though the 13 km hike was a challenge for some. During the barbecue evening, board games and volleyball the students talked about their experiences of the day.
The following two days were dedicated to team building activities and strengthening the class community. An external experiential educator led cooperation and trust games in which the students could only achieve solutions together. The team days were rounded off by a game of mini-golf.
The students and learning guides spent the last evening around a campfire with nice conversations before it was time to head back to Berlin on Monday.
