That was the Future Day 2025
On 28 March, the Klax School hosted another Future Day 2025, a career and study guidance event under the motto 'Your Future, Your Choice'. With numerous information stands, workshops, lectures and keynotes, students were able to learn more about different career paths in the fields of art, digital and sustainability. In addition to Klax students, external school classes also took part and gained exciting insights into future-oriented careers. At the information stands of renowned companies such as Charité, Berliner Volksbank and BMW Group, they were able to talk directly to experts.
Futurologist Dr Andreas Krafft (University of St. Gallen) kicked off the event with an inspiring opening keynote. He spoke about the challenges but also the opportunities of the future and encouraged the students to realise their potential with a positive attitude.
More than 25 presentations and interactive workshops took place throughout the day. From insights into studying law and game development to making your own stop-motion film, there was something for everyone. VR goggles were also used to virtually explore different career fields. External participants were also able to discover the Klax School's makerspace and get acquainted with various digital and creative tools. Catering was provided by our caterer Löwenzahn.
School influencer Alicia Günther closed the event with a motivational keynote. She talked about how she worked her way up from an A in maths to an A-level average of 1.2 - and along the way founded her own company, schule.tipps: the biggest German platform for effective learning tips.
The Future Day was a great success - with lots of insights, inspiring conversations and lots of motivation for the future! A big thank you to all the exhibitors, speakers and participants for their commitment and hard work.
