The Klax School has received official confirmation in the summer that it is now a Gemeinschaftsschule. Due to Corona, the official presentation of the certificate had to be postponed. This took place on 26th November.
Headteacher Stephen Kelly was proud to receive the certificate from Ms. Witt of the Senate. "We are really pleased that our request has been granted after three years", said Kelly. "This makes our work easier. We can fully implement the Klax Concept and further develop ideas that involve the whole school."
With the designation as a Gemeinschaftsschule, Klax can now officially integrate all classes from grade 1 to the Abitur under one roof. This structure facilitates a better and more targeted implementation of the Klax Concept. This is because it allows more flexibility to design cross-curricular and multi-class projects.
