The after-school group of the Klax School starts the new year with a creative film project. During the educational training week, the after-school children had an idea: they wanted to create an imaginative winter landscape and make it come alive. But how can you bring polar bears, a snowman or small figures to life?
With the help of stop-motion film technology, we moved the objects we had created in front of a running camera. This way, a fluid animation is created from many different individual images, which our group edited together into a short film. And that requires teamwork: 20 motivated children worked all week on their "Winter Magic" under the guidance of the teachers. Our creative minds not only designed the sets and characters for the film, but also recorded their own musical composition. In the daily morning circle, the progress of the work was discussed and new children were integrated into the project.
After a week of intensive work, the short film "Winter Magic" was created. All participants had a lot of fun acting out their creativity and proudly present their work.
Enjoy watching!
