To kick off Berlin Science Week, the science fair "Tabula rasa" took place at Urania.
Together with the Klax Kreativwerkstatt and the publishing house Bananenblau, our school was on site with various hands-on activities.
Visitors were amazed by the coding and maker activities, made brush robots and small flashlights. "If the lessons with you are so exciting, I'll come to your school again," said one elderly visitor enthusiastically, while her husband tried his hand at the Ozobots.
At the final panel discussion, guests from science and politics, including the Governing Mayor Michael Müller, discussed the topic "Climate crisis, inequality, species extinction, artificial intelligence". Stephen Kelly represented the field of education and presented what makes learning at the Klax School so special and how we are preparing our children and young people for the future.
