Autumn Project Week 2026 at Klax International School

–

Creativity, collaborative learning and social engagement

For more than ten years, Autumn Project Week has been a regular feature of the school year at Klax International School. It combines creative and practical activities with independent learning and social engagement. It also gives students the opportunity to explore issues of social importance.

This year, students from all year groups once again developed their own ideas in a range of workshops and brought them to life together. Their creations included a variety of unique handmade items, such as autumn wreaths, art calendars, printed tote bags, laser-cut design objects and wooden poetry plaques.

Alongside the finished products, the learning process itself was a key focus. Students planned their projects, experimented with different creative techniques and reflected on their work and learning experiences. In doing so, they were able to put their knowledge into practice, develop their own ideas and learn from one another.

Social responsibility also played an important role. Students explored how they could make a difference and contribute to the lives of others. Their work included topics such as children's rights, human rights and the importance of education.

On 16 October, students showcased and sold their creations at the school's traditional Autumn Market in the school playground. All proceeds will go towards supporting our partner school, the Roschani Girls' School in Ghazni, Afghanistan.

We would like to thank all the students, teachers, parents and everyone else involved for their enthusiasm and commitment.
