We are looking for a Primary School Teacher (m/f/d) to join our passionate team, starting with the new school year.
Your Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality teaching across the primary curriculum
- Taking on class leadership and creating a positive and supportive learning environment
- Working collaboratively as part of a teaching team alongside a teaching assistant or after-school educator
- Building strong and trusting relationships with parents
- Organizing and accompanying class trips and excursions to enrich students’ learning experiences
- Collaborating closely with colleagues and actively contributing to your subject team
Your Profile:
- Degree in Primary Education or an equivalent qualification (e.g. a Master’s degree)
- Proven teaching experience at primary level, ideally in a full-day school setting
- Strong communication skills and experience working closely with parents
- Clear commitment to child-centred education and supporting the individual development of each student
- Broad range of teaching methods and approaches
- Confidence in using digital tools to support and enhance learning
- Fluency in German and English
- High level of commitment, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills, along with a confident and positive classroom presence
- Eligibility to work in Germany is required
